The director of Panthera France, Gregory Breton was on a very long and exhausting expedition with his colleague, and they were feeling kind of done with the whole thing on September 25th until they managed to discover something in the bushes that had never been seen in the wild before. They spotted three pairs of shining eyes staring at them at 2 in the morning, from the darkness that consumed the shrubs they were hiding in. Gregory and his colleague decided to pull out their spot lamps to further investigate these creatures they saw, and they ended up finding a group of young sand cats in their natural habitat! Unbelievable, right?

Meet the internet’s new hero, 75-year-old Terry Lauerman. He loves cats so much that one day he showed up at Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary in Green Bay, Wisconsin with a brush in his hand and asked the staff there if he could groom the cats.

This sick tiny kitten was taken to the Atlanta Humane Society (AHS) and no one was expecting it to survive...until this mama cat named Ember showed up and saved his life.

This young truck driver named Matt noticed something strange beside the road and found out it was a tiny helpless kitty. “I came across this lady in the middle of a busy street so I stopped and picked her up,” he wrote. “She could barely walk in the street in an area that was surrounded by nothing except for woods, so she was either born there, and the mother wasn’t able to carry all her babies, or someone just left her to die.” He felt an instant connection with the adorable kitten “This stray cat was snoring as loud as a train!” Matt wrote about the tiny baby. He wanted to make sure she is okay. “I brought her to the vet the next day to get rid of all of the fleas and when I did that, she immediately fell asleep in the truck. I couldn’t bring myself to wake up when I got home so I just sat there in complete silence with the radio off for about an hour until she finally woke up.”
